it's an expensive peacock-elephant tusk to be specific.. someone has expensive taste.
it just started as a doodle then I wanted a simple black and white picture, coloring with pens and almost-dried out markers is annoying. (my scanner is prtty amazing to make a small piece of office paper THIS big..)
I drew this on the back of my old algebra homework, I'm sure my teacher would punish me. btw I know smithers smile is creep, i was using pen and I couldn't decide if I wanted him with a straight face or smiling and now it's just creepy
Anyway, I feel bad for Smithers since Mr. Burns probably will never see his profound feelings for him.
